Live availability tech now live for meetings with Royal Mail.
We have taken the next steps to offer meeting bookers live availability technology, by rolling out Live Availability functionality with our customer Royal Mail Group.
We launched our live availability solution for our meetings and events customers in August. This enables bookers to view rates and venue availability in real-time, before submitting their enquiry – all through our proprietary technology, MeetingsPro.
After assessing the booking profiles of our customers, we approached Royal Mail Group to pilot the new functionality; they jumped at the chance as they could see the benefits for their stakeholders.

The live availability pilot with Royal Mail Group begins in November, with other customers to pilot this technology in the pipeline.
