Clarity launches game-changing meetings technology

We've taken the next steps to offer meeting bookers the latest game-changing technology by launching Instant Book.

Developed by our in-house Business Solutions and Venue Find teams in conjunction with long-term partners, Venue Directory over the last year, instant book is the next significant feature within our propriety venue finding booking tool, MeetingsPro.

Instant Book is an end-to-end online booking experience within MeetingsPro, where bookers can view availability, calculate an accurate cost and book their meeting space right there and then.

This is the next stage in a recent phase of our developments, following our industry-first live availability pilot in 2022.

Our in-house development teams have been busy creating this extension to the live availability feature and is the next step to bringing an accommodation-like experience to our venue find bookers,” explained Carl Law, Executive Director for Technology.

Visitors to the 2023 The Business Travel Show and The Meetings Show (28-29 June) will be the first to see this technology in action, where demonstrations will be available on our stand (J40).
