The acquisition of Agiito and Evolvi is now complete!

Clarity, the Business Travel and Events division of the Portman Travel Group has today announced the completion of its acquisition of Agiito, one of the UK's most respected Corporate Travel and Events agencies and Evolvi the B2B rail ticketing platform from Capita plc.  

The much anticipated deal, announced in August, has completed following National Security and Investment Act approval. Years of expertise and experience combined.

In a significant move for the industry, this strategic acquisition combined with Clarity and Brighter Events, amalgamates years of unparalleled expertise and enviable reputations for service and driving value in corporate travel.

The new combined business is poised to transform the industry through a cutting-edge technology platform boasting proprietary technologies in Online Booking and Meetings & Events. The business will be led by the combined Executive Leadership teams from both businesses and headed by Pat McDonagh as CEO.
